Antonio Schnieder has more than 30 Years experience as consultant and manager on national and international projects for business strategy, production planning and management, controlling, business process reengineering as well as in development and implementation of software systems.

He started his career in 1982 as a consultant and project manager at ADV/ ORGA back then one of the leading IT and consulting firms of Germany. In 1987 he became Member of the Management Board and after the merger with Sema Group SA in 1989 the CEO Germany of Sema Group Systems AG.

In 1992 he joined Ernst &Young as CEO of Ernst & Young Consulting Germany and sd&m AG, an IT company which Ernst & Young acquired under Antonio’s leadership. In 1996 he became a Member of the Management Board of Ernst & Young AG and took over the responsibility of Ernst & Young Consulting Europe. One Year later he joined the International Executive Board of E&Y worldwide as Global Vice Chairman Consulting (about 4 Bill. $ revenue and 35000 employees).

After the merger of E&Y Consulting and Capgemini SA, a leading global IT company, Antonio became a Member of the Group Executive Committee of Capgemini SA and was responsible for the entire Consulting, IT development/implementation as well as the outsourcing business in Central and Eastern Europe. Later on he became Member of the Group Management board and took regional responsibility for Central/Eastern/ Southern Europe, United States as well as Global Consulting.

Since 2012, Antonio has mostly served as Chairman of the Supervisory Boards e.g. Capgemini Deutschland GmbH, Sogeti Deutschland GmbH and has been on the Advisory Board of Ernst & Young Germany.

Founder of APR Invest (2016-now).

Founder and CEO of Trimetis AG in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Poland (2012-now).

Managing Director of Capgemini in Germany, Switzerland and Austria (2009 - 2011), Senior Vice President and Team One Member of Capgemini globally.

CEO of Capgemini for the Region Austria & Eastern Europe (2001 - 2009).

Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Consulting for Austria & Eastern Europe (1996 – 2001).

Consultant at Ernst & Young Consulting in Austria (1992-1996).

Peter is a member of the Management Board of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland-Austria-Liechtenstein.

Peter has an excellent network of business, politics and diplomacy serving as the basis for successful market activities in this economic zone.

Peter has broad industry expertise within Consulting and Information Technology in the regions Central- and Eastern Europe

Peter has executed several M&A projects during his office at E&Y, Capgemini and Trimetis. This includes M&A strategy, target search, selection, pursuit, deal execution and post-merger-integration.
